Gaming supervisors must have clear leadership qualities and top notch communication skills. They need these skills both to manage workers efficiently and to greet clients in order to promote return visits. Practically all casino supervisory staff have an associate or bachelor’s degree. Despite their educational background, however, many supervisors gain experience in other betting occupations before moving into supervisory desks because an understanding of games and casino operations is essential for these employees.
