I have been wagering on the internet or at land based casinos for many years. I have learned, the craving usually will grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are beaten. Specifically if you are on a scoring streak. I have been through many thousands of dollars in only a tiny period of time and at times, I still go too long. It appears you are just having a blast until you choose to pay attention to your losses and the guilt sets in, and of course you continue advising yourself "I can earn the money back" again and again. It does not work. Then you feel queasy in your gut and the more you attempt the quicker you spend.

When you observe that you are ahead, STAY Ahead! When you start to fritter away, don’t tell yourself, "well only maybe 1 more" and again and again, believe me, this technique almost never ever works. Say you plan on wagering on one armed bandits, keep a figure set aside prior to starting your action. DON’T go over that boundary, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to earn, put that in a separate cup. Don’t spend your profits no matter what. Once you have gambled through your original set threshold, stop. Leave, regardless if it’s on the web or in a real life gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. At all times remember, there will be other days, another time. Clearly, this plan is able to function for any game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.

Keep in mind, gaming is supposed to be entertaining not backbreaking, appalling work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot pay for the loss, don’t ever begin.
